2. Custom Products
All custom orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or there was a mistake on our end. Please carefully review your design, spelling, logos, and selections before submitting your order.
3. Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options listed on our site.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
Products ship within 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are personalized, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@claycosports.com within 30 days of the order.
